Guest House Smile is a small family-run guest house in Sozopol, Bulgaria. We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer your enquiries and host your stay. This website is informational — it has no booking form and takes no online payments.
What we collect
We do not collect personal data through this website: there is no contact form, account, or tracking of individual visitors. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or Airbnb, we receive only the details you choose to share (such as your name, phone number, and stay dates) and use them solely to arrange your booking.
Third-party services
Our pages embed Google Maps to show our location and load Google Fonts for typography. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Bookings made through Airbnb are governed by Airbnb's own privacy policy.
Cookies
We set no cookies of our own and use no analytics or advertising trackers. Any cookies present come from the embedded Google Maps.
Security cameras
For the safety of our guests, CCTV operates only in the exterior common areas of the property. There are no cameras inside the rooms, and footage is kept only as long as needed for security.
Your rights
Under the EU GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Because we store almost nothing, such requests are usually quick to handle.
